Muhammad Abdullah is a Senior Manager Operations and Management Representative (MR) with hands-on expertise in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving management systems aligned with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and PS 4992:2022. Currently working in an accreditation-focused operational leadership role, he is responsible for driving compliance, operational integrity, and system effectiveness across certification and conformity assessment activities. In his role as Manager Operations, Muhammad Abdullah leads accreditation readiness initiatives, seeks and secures new accreditations, maintains existing scopes, and ensures sustained compliance with applicable international standards and accreditation criteria. He plays a key role in managing accreditation assessments, coordinating pre-assessments and full assessments, addressing nonconformities, overseeing risk-based decision-making, and managing impartiality and certification scheme requirements. He is actively involved in internal audits, external audits, witness audits, certification decision processes, management reviews, corrective action management, and root cause analysis. His responsibilities include document development, procedure design, system implementation, and continual improvement of management systems to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance. Alongside operational leadership, Muhammad regularly designs and delivers ISO, accreditation, and auditing trainings for auditors, technical experts, and management teams, strengthening competence, awareness, and audit readiness across organizations. His professional background includes NEBOSH IGC, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualifications, extensive ISO/IEC 17021-related training, and Lean Six Sigma White, Yellow, Green, and Black Belt certifications. This combination provides a strong analytical, process-improvement, and risk-based management approach, supported by practical experience in operations, compliance, and system governance.
